MCKINNON VET, VCE AND VM AWARDS
The BGKLLEN Awards (Bayside, Glen Eira & Kingston Local Learning & Employment Network), recognise students who excel in hands-on and vocational pathways, including VET (Vocational Education and Training) and the VCE Vocational Major (VCE VM).
Last Monday, McKinnon students Ashley Hill and Ariella Liberman of Year 11 and Sienna Orr, Stella Peacock & Dillon Theron of Year 12 were nominated for their success in VCE, VM and VET.
Sienna Orr was the winner of the Future Vocational Award for her commitment, enthusiasm and passion for the electrical industry. Stella Peacock was awarded the Community Bank Highett Award for her community spirit and determination to make a positive difference in the lives of others and in her own future.
Pictured here is Mrs Jess Dixon, our VCE VM Coordinator and Learning Specialist, along with our nominated and awarded students.
Well done to all these students for their success in McKinnon's VCE VM and VET programs.
