MCKINNON ECONOMICS CLUB

At the end of term 3, Year 11 Economics students Leo Yang and Obert Han successfully ran the very first session of the brand-new McKinnon Economics Club. 

The passionate pair of students proposed the introduction of an Economics Club at McKinnon, aiming to celebrate and bring together students with a love for Economics.

The first session was a huge success with 20 students joining the fun quizzes, kahoot and the bidding wars game. Students earned prop money for correct answers, which they later used for a bidding wars game to win a bag of lollies to share amongst their team. 

Leo and Obert should be congratulated for their demonstration of school values - community and creativity, as well as strong leadership and organisational skills.
