2025 ENROLMENT INFORMATION

Year 7 2025 sibling enrolment to McKinnon Secondary College

Applications for siblings require no proof of residence, but siblings must currently be attending McKinnon SC, live at the same permanent residential address, and still be attending McKinnon SC in 2025. If the sibling is in Year 12 in 2024 the sibling rule does not apply and you will need to provide 100 points of proof that you reside permanently in our zone.

Please note the enrolment process has changed this year.

Government primary schools

Government Primary Schools will send out in the next week a Year 6 to 7 Placement Information pack for Parents and Carers.

The Application for Year 7 Placement 2025 form inside needs to be returned to the primary school along with a printed copy of the student’s birth certificate (with English translation if required). 

For non-Australian-born applicants, a printed copy of valid visa or proof of Australian citizenship is also required. This is all to be returned to the Primary School by Friday 10 May.

Independent primary schools

Parents/carers from independent primary schools can pick up the Year 6 to 7 Placement Information pack for Parents and Carers from McKinnon SC McKinnon Road office. The Application for Year 7 Placement 2025 form inside needs to be returned to our office by Friday 10 May along with a printed copy of the student’s birth certificate (with English translation if required). 

For non-Australian-born applicants, a printed copy of valid visa or proof of Australian citizenship is also required.
